When it comes to wildlife photography in India, Corbett National Park is certainly a dream location for most wildlife lovers out there. The gigantic sal woods, the roars of the Bengal Tiger, the songs of the avian wonders or the trumpets of the gentle giants, it all adds up to the sheer beauty of this pristine forest situated in the Himalayan foothills. Summers in this forest are a great time to watch the herds of Elephants cross the mighty Ramganga during the early hours of the morning, or a Tiger walk across the banks, or maybe both! This park offers a plethora of photo opportunities that are all what you need to weave your visual stories from the wild. 


Day 1

Early morning pickup from Ramnagar Station and transfer to Dhikala zone, through Dhangadi gate.  The first morning safari will start as soon as we enter the park and move enroute Dhikala Forest Rest House. After Check-in (as per Forest Dept. rules and timings) and post lunch, we will go for the afternoon safari under the guidance of experienced naturalist and wildlife photographer. 
Post safari, evenings can be utilised for discussions on photography, tips/techniques, post processing and more.

Overnight stay at Dhikala Forest Rest House.

Day 2 & 3

Early morning safaris through the various areas of the forest, the routes will be decided according to the sightings and movement patterns of the wildlife. Post lunch and Breakfast at Dhikala FRH, we will head for the afternoon safari. All safaris will be under the guidance of experienced naturalist and wildlife photographer. 

Post safari, evenings can be utilised for discussions on photography, tips/techniques, post processing and more.

Overnight stay at Dhikala Forest Rest House.

Day 4

Early morning safari through in enchanting woods and grasslands of the forest. Post breakfast, we will checkout from the Dhikala FRH by noon and head towards the Dhangadi gate.  
After exiting the park, you will be dropped to Ramnagar for your departure.

What to Carry?

• Light/Dark colored cotton clothes (Khaki, brown, dark green, etc). Please avoid bright and flashy colored clothes and absolutely no perfumes please! • Windcheater or rain-proof jacket just in case it rains. In the Himalayan foothills you never know what the weather has in store for you. • Masks and Hand Sanitizers • Hats/Scarves, Sunglasses • Sunscreen • Insect repellent • Personal medicines • Binoculars and Camera equipment that you have • Photo ID Proof (Aadhar Card, Driving License or Passport)

Covid-19 Protocols

• Drivers and Guides will be following all safety protocols • The gypsy will be sanitised before and after each safaris • It is mandatory for all tour participants to use masks • Regular temperature checks will be done for all • If any participant is found with symptoms during the tour, he/she will not be allowed to go for the safaris any more and will be required to stay isolated • In case a tour participant develops any symptoms prior to the tour dates (including slight fever, cold, cough, loss of taste or smell), he/she will be requested to refrain from traveling and participating in the tour. Their seat would be considered cancelled and there would be no refund for the same. • We will not be responsible for any last minute travel restrictions placed by the Government or a cancellation by the Forest Department because of Covid situation.
